Backstory(Include Resonance Cascade and The Seven Hour War):
Tim Shawn lived in Germany with his friends, he worked as a doctor in Berlin, living his basic live. But when Cascade Resonance happened his live changed...
He ran to a bomb shelter, like everyone. He was very shocked and scared. After 2 days, the 7 hour war started, their shelter got opened, but there were not soldiers, but combines, they got sent off to city 17. He knew he wasn't gonna make it through with his low paid job, so he thought this was a blessing. Not much work, free apartments, free food, and a free jobs to stay entertained! So he quickly joined up with the civil protection once they formed to get all the perks it offers.

Passing officer notices running bald citizen on the plaza and starts chase after him. After 10 minutes, Officer pinning at blind alley. CCA: "Citizen, Hold it! Face the wall!" /it Paralised citizen moves against the wall facing it. /it Officer attempts to tie citizen. /it Citizen does not resist. /it Officer pats down suspect. CCA: Clean... CCA: Citizen, apply. /it Citizen gives the CCA his CID card /me pulls out datapad and checks citizen status, also giving citizen his card back. CCA: "Alright... Now the worst part..." /me Flicks on stunstick, setting voltage on MEDIUM. CCA: "Dont resist, and you'll be fine." /me Strikes citizen three times in back. /me Flicks off stunstick. /me Cuts citizen's ties saying: "Dont do anything stupid from this moment, or you'll have problems, move along now".
